The Kick-In; Ilse looks back

Imagine.. At a certain point in your AEGEE career, on a Tuesday night at Asterion, you decide to change your life forever; you’ll take place in the Kick-In committee of AEGEE-Enschede. You’ll step into a rollercoaster together with six other members and suddenly your life is turned upside down. Your favourite colours will be orange and black for the next six months, you’ll only think about all the (im)possible things that can help promote AEGEE-Enschede and you turn into an truss-expert.

Erik, van harte!

Op 1 juli heeft Erik Steenman zijn bachelor Technische Informatica afgerond. Afgelopen zaterdag heeft hij dit gevierd met een afstudeerborrel om zijn studententijd op een mooie manier af te sluiten.

Sinds 28 augustus 2011 is hij lid van de vereniging en heeft altijd veel inzet laten zien. Hij is begonnen met zijn jaarclub Serpens in horto en werd ook lid van P.C.S.A Incognito. Hiernaast heeft hij ook in een flink aantal commissies mee gewerkt zoals de HAIP commissie en COT. Sinds zijn eerste jaar is hij ook lid van het Tappersgilde.

The pubquiz of Saturday August 27th was great! In total, 119 teams quizzed in nine different pubs. Every pub had their own winner and these winners will compete for the grand price at the finals in two weeks. The winner will get a free Escape Room! Everything you didn't know about Board XXX

The Daily Board of AEGEE-Enschede can be compared with what the central station of Utrecht means for the NS. Without this important centre everything would be disrupted (and it still sometimes does). Everything would take much more time and nobody has a complete overview. Luckily AEGEE-Enschede does much better than the NS; all things run smooth and this is because of the leading qualities of Board XXX. Wietske Jousma, president, is giving us a look behind the scenes and tells us the facts we didn't know about Board XXX.
